Practice Info

Welcome to the GHS Eagles Swim Team!

Swimming as a sport requires proper technique, strength, and endurance. As such, regular, progressively intense practices are required. All swimmers are expected to attend all regularly scheduled practices and must be enrolled in the athletic period.

Remember that this is a school team; participation (attending and swimming) requirement is the same as in the classroom. A student cannot skip swim practice just like a student cannot skip regular school classes like English or Math.
